Shipping policy
Shipping is currently available to Austria and to member states of the European Union (EU).
Since many of our products are personalized items, the processing and production time is usually 24 to 48 hours.
In cases of exceptionally high order volumes, processing times may be extended in rare cases. If this happens, we will of course inform our customers as soon as possible.
After production is completed and the parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider, the following delivery times generally apply:
- Austria: approx. 1–2 business days
- Germany: approx. 2–4 business days
- Other EU countries: approx. 4–8 business days
Shipping is handled by Austrian Post (Österreichische Post).
Parcels are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed or processed over the weekend are usually forwarded by the postal service on the next business day.
Current shipping costs are:
- Austria: €4.99
- Germany and other EU countries: €9.90
These shipping costs apply to the shipment of a single product. If multiple products are ordered and this increases the parcel size or shipping weight, shipping costs may vary accordingly. The applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
For orders over €60.00, shipping is free of charge.
If express shipping is selected at checkout, higher shipping fees apply than for standard shipping. The exact costs will be shown during the ordering process.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to check the shipment status at any time.
Please make sure to provide a correct and complete delivery address when placing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for the costs of reshipping.
All delivery times stated are estimates. In exceptional cases—especially during high order volumes or delays caused by the shipping provider—delivery times may vary.
